For login, account, appointment, invite, billing, or workspace questions, email tom@enchantus.ai from the address associated with your account when possible.
Transactional email issues
If a password reset, appointment notice, reminder, or session notification did not arrive, include the expected recipient address, approximate time, and message type. Do not include passwords or reset links.
Abuse, bounces, and complaints
Report unwanted Attunary mail, delivery failures, or suspected misuse to tom@enchantus.ai. Operations reviews delivery failures and complaint signals as part of email readiness.
Privacy questions
Questions about privacy, account data, or data-handling requests can also be sent to tom@enchantus.ai. Avoid sending sensitive clinical details through ordinary email.
